Improvers

Alfie has moved into lane 3 from lane 4 and is now leading the lane. They have improved on all their technique and stamina.

Kelvin has slowly progressed up the lanes having started in lane 7 and is now regularly leading lane 5.

Performance of the year

Jaime - For taking 18 seconds off his PBs across the events he entered at nationals.

Sarah C - 2 life time PBs in the 200 and 100 free at nationals. 

Swimmer of the year

Vik - She returned to swimming this year and her best performances at nationals with a PB and Bronze medal in the 200 and 100 breastroke.  

Dougie - For his incredible performances this year throughout the year culminating at nationals where In the 200 IM he won gold 100 IM bronze and 100 fly bronze.

Open water

Vicki and Hunter - No explanation needed (English Channel swum).
