On 3 & 4 March Lizzie Bellinger was at Swim Wales Open Masters Championships in Swansea. It was a long course event (for those who are puzzling, this means a 50m pool)  She set a European Record in 100m fly at 1:05.82s, and then broke the British and Championship record 50m fly at 29.46s. Lizzie also broke the championship record for 200m fly with a 2:37.8s swim.  She is currently in the 35-39 age group (seriously?!) and will be moving up an age group next year (for you and me, that probably means more records to come!)
