Our Race captain Laura flew the Out To Swim banner at Prague Rainbow Spring last weekend.  Taking gold medals for 50, 100 (PB) and 400 Freestyle; 100 backstroke and 200 individual medley.

After the swim, she ran a 10k to ease into the triathlon season and took a first too!
