Sea Swimming (Open water swimming)
Throughout the year we have informal meetups to go sea swimming in groups. We organise these through the club’s social media. During the lockdown, we relied on these for our swimming.
It’s a beautiful way to enjoy Brighton & Hove as we are so lucky to live right by the sea! We also participate in the annual pier to pier swim competition and new year’s day swim. We work closely with the swimming community group the Salty Seabirds.
Disabled access
Prince Regent
The Prince Regent has disabled changing rooms and two disabled toilet areas. The main pool has a hoist, use of which will need to be requested to be used at reception on arrival. Please allow extra time beforehand to ensure you will be ready for the start of the session. There is also a lift to the upstairs viewing balcony area.
Socials
After Thursdays and Saturdays, we as a group have a social event after the swim.
